Artur Owczarek – President of the management Board
Electronic engineer and a PH.D in Electronics. Graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology. Took part in an Internship at UNIDO at the Delft University of Technology in Holland. He also received a certificate from the german VA Akademie for management of sales. Finished the MBA program at the Warsaw school of economics. From the beginning of his career he was involved with new technologies – starting his career at the institute of technical electronics and a technical employee and a constructor of integrate circuits and later was promoted to the head of the scientific development department.
Since 1990, Artur has been in an executive position being in charge of sale growth as well as management of international as well as polish companies. Artur introduced Spoerle Electronic on the polish market and was the vice-president.
With the MCX Group, Artur has been working since 1997. In march 2003 he was appointed as a member of the management board of MCX Systems. In 2007 he became the vice-president and as of January 2009 he is the president of MCX Systems.
Grzegorz Jaglarski - Member of the management Board
Graduate of the University of technology in Warsaw (electronic and IT department) and a postgraduate in project management. He also obtained the PRINCE2® certificate.
He is the director of the software department at MCX Systems and as of 2008 also a member of the management board.
